Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase.
Each customer is eligible for one refund per purchase.
Refunds apply to Pro Analysis purchases only.

2. How to Request a Refund

Your reason for the refund (optional, helps us improve)

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Stripe within 5-10 business days.
The refund will appear on your original payment method.
Upon refund, Pro access will be revoked.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Requests made after the 24-hour window
Duplicate refund requests for the same purchase
Violations of our Terms of Service
